  • Locations: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
  • Transaction Size: $5,000,000 - $15,000,000.
  • Deal Structure: Single Asset Acquisition, and Partnership Recapitalization.
  • Tenancy: Well anchored by primary care practices with strong referral network or hospitals.
  • Class: A or B. Class C may be considered based upon location.
  • Occupancy: 75% or greater.
  • Return Requirements: Core+ to Value Add.
